Let’s talk small appliances, these are not essential, however, they will make preparing foods a lot easier. Easier = HAPPINESS, well that’s how I look at it anyway. Any kitchen gadget or small appliance that makes preparing food easier, make me happy. Let’s look at few:

- Blender
- Food Processor
- Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer
- Air Fryer
- Pressure Cooker
- Waffle Iron
You can get multifunction appliances that will combine several of these appliances together. Again, these are not necessary right away, just suggestions to make preparing meals, snacks, desserts a lot easier.
